About the Role:

Thrive at Home in Fairfax, VA is looking for compassionate and dedicated CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our growing care team! We are looking for all shifts, If you have a passion for helping others and making a real difference in people's lives, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors/Nurses
Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional needs
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home environment
Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
Document care activities

Requirements:

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification or registration in Virginia
2 years experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and families
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Fairfax, VA area
Eligible to work in the U.S. and you have to have a current TB or chest x-ray
Ability to pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
You have to be available to work a weekend or every other weekend and pet friendly

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
